It’s really as simple as getting a sh*t ton of superfoods and going to town – just blend them up, form them into circles, stick em’ in the freezer, and your protein balls are good to go.

If you find the vast array of ingredient options daunting and the thought of putting these little puppies together petrifying, just buy them pre-made. But I will warn you not to visit your nearest grocery store and select the sugary crap options they have. Buy from my favorite snack company Healthy Vibes (CLICK HERE to visit their site). They have delish flavors like coffee, mint chocolate, peanut butter, and blueberry oat crumble. Plus their packaging says “Eat. My. Balls.” which delights me to no end.
