I see people grubbing down on burgers at so many BBQs or restaurants that I go to and it makes me want to ralph. First off, most big ass sliders you get at a restaurant are chocked full of ammonia, additives, sodium, and a ton of fat. Ish – no thanks.

In fact, stay away from the beef when it comes to burgers. Instead, choose something lighter, like fish!

Take for example the whole reason I’m writing this – my newfound love affair with the salmon burger. I had one last night and it was life changing. It’s the damn perfect accompaniment to a stunning summer night. Or a casual Tuesday. Or after a crap day. Or to celebrate a totally awesome event. You get it, I may be obsessed.
